100% Pinot Grigio from organically farmed vineyard sites located between Palermo and Salemi. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain freshness and minerality. Crisp, clean and refreshing with aromas of grapefruit and lemons on the palate, joined by a delicious briny note on the finish. The grapes are hand-picked under supervision of winemaker Mattia Filipi.

IGP VIN DE MEDITERRANÉE, Aix Vineyards, France

Delivers the classic Provence rosé profile with notes of raspberry, cherry, peach, herbal, citrus, and mineral core. Low yields and concentrated fruit add tremendous length on the palate. To ensure maximum complexity, there were over 30 small fermentations using dozens of different yeasts, creating a symphony of flavor. 100% from fruit grown around the city of Aix-en-Provence in Department 13 from the highest elevation vineyards in Provence allowing for cooler nights to retain natural acidity and freshness. 30% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Cinsault, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Rolle.

GOTHAM PROJECT CABERNET

California

A deep wine with lush fruit and flavors of red currants and blackberries on the palate with a long silky finish. The wine was aged in both French and American oak.
